Returns

Thanks for choosing Oxman Lighting. Our priority is to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’ve changed your mind, you are entitled to return the product for a refund or exchange.

For change of mind returns, you will need to lodge a return request within 7 days of receiving your product, unless the product is defective, in which case you will be covered by our product warranty and the consumer guarantees under Australian consumer law.

Items you intend to return need to be unopened, unused, in original, undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required. We reserve the right not to accept returns, or to offer partial refunds, if these conditions aren’t met.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with change of mind returns, including shipping. Any original shipping costs, including those covered by Oxman Lighting as part of our free shipping promotion, are non-refundable. Exchanges may incur additional shipping costs.

If you are shipping an item back to us, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


THE RETURNS PROCESS

  • Contact support@oxmanlighting.com if you want to request a change of mind return.
  • We will evaluate your return request and, if appropriate, issue you with a return authorisation.
  • Ship the item back to us using the return address provided to you in your return authorisation. Pack the product carefully, failure to do so may render this returns agreement null and void. You must include your receipt or web order confirmation email in the package.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • If you are approved for a change of mind refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you are approved for an exchange, then a replacement product will be sent to you. If your returned product is rejected, then we can return it to you at your expense if you wish.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If your approved refund is late or missing, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
